Shipping, Returns & Refund policy

Better For You Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (“Better For You”,”BFY”, “we”, ”us”) will do our best to provide our products to you in a timely manner. Our policy with regard to shipping, delivery, returns and cancellations is listed below.

Shipping & Delivery

  • BFY will ensure that your order is processed and safely delivered. BFY will aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Delivery timelines may be impacted based on Covid-19 advisories issued by the government.
  • Orders will be dispatched through reputable courier services available in India.
  • Delivery to areas not covered by courier services, if accepted by us, will take place using the services of the Indian Postal Service. Delivery through the Indian Postal Service may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
  • Unless otherwise specified, BFY will ship all products free of cost. In the event that shipping charges are applicable, they will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • Products will be shipped only within India.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email may be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order on the email/ mobile.

Returns & Replacements

  • Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 2 business days of receipt of the package. You can inform us by writing to us at info@itsbetterforyou.com or calling us on +919867960041 between 11 AM and 5 PM, on business days falling between Monday to Friday.
  • Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects. Return requests may be validated over the phone, or other such communication by BFY and instructions on how to return the product will be provided via a confirmation email, or any other such communication by us.
    • The product (s) should be returned within 7 working days of receiving the confirmation email or such communication.
    • On receipt of the returned product, BFY will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.
    • Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to not be eligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you at your own cost.
    • The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 7 working days of receipt of the returned product (s).
    • For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund and our acceptance as per the above.

You will be updated throughout the return process at the following stages:

  1. A validation call on receipt of the return request
  2. Instructions via a confirmation email following the validation call
  3. Confirmation of receipt of the returned product
  4. Update on inspection and validation of the claim within 7 business days of receipt of the product

As products offered by BFY are products for human ingestion, products once opened will not be eligible for replacement or a refund. The onus of evaluating suitability of a product for a particular lifestyle, state of health or dietary preference lies entirely with you. We strongly urge you to go through the information relating to product ingredients and known potential allergen warnings that are listed on individual products or contact us for any other required information. 

Cancellations

Cancellations will be possible provided an order has not been packed or shipped. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
